Caladent is proud to accept digital scans from most major intraoral scanners. Please review our protocols below to find instructions for your preferred scanner.

Rush Cases: We understand that emergencies happen, and want to serve you and your patients to the best of our ability. We will gladly rush cases upon request if our workload allows for it. Please contact our team today if you would like to rush your case.

Dentsply Sirona CEREC®

Create or login to your CEREC® Connect account.
Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
Search for Caladent Laboratory as the Company Name. Check the box for Caladent Laboratory and select ADD to complete registration.
Whenever submitting your case via CEREC®, select Caladent Laboratory from your list.

Medit i500

Option 1:

Visit meditlink.com/register and select “don’t have an account? Sign up.”
Select the “Administrator” option under the category that best fits your business.
Provide your information and check your email for a verification link. This email will also contain instruction to download the software.
Select “Add New Partner” and search for Caladent Dental Laboratory to start sending cases to our lab.

Option 2:

Export .STL, .PLY, or .OBJ files from scanner.
Upload files through Caladent's’s file uploader, which can be found at here.

iTero®

Option 1

Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com.
Connect with Caladent Laboratory using our Company ID 12669
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Caladent on your scanner when sending files.

Option 2

Call 800-577-8767
Select Option 2.
Request that Caladent Laboratory is added to your scanner using our phone number: 818.334.3700.
After Caladent Laboratory has been added, restart your scanner.
After connecting to us as a lab, select Caladent Laboratory on your scanner when sending files.

Search Caladentlab.com to find our lab and connect.
Select Caladentlab whenever sending files.

3M™ True Definition Scanner

• Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
• Select Option 1 and request support Caladent Laboratory be added to your scanner
• 3M™ will then confirm with Caladent Laboratory and add connection remotely

Planmeca Emerald

Select Find a Lab option on your scanner.
Search for either Caladent Laboratory or [email protected].
Add Caladent Laboratory Dental Laboratory.
Select Caladent Laboratory when submitting scans.

Carestream®

Option 1

Email Caladent lab at [email protected] and we will connect with your scanner.

Option 2

Select Carestream Connect on your scanner and search for Caladent Laboratory or [email protected].
Select Caladent Dental Laboratory when submitting raw .STL files.
